OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Nosh London Ltd. We are registered as a private limited company in the United Kingdom under company number 9931695 in compliance with the Companies Act 2006. Our registered office is (The Gatehouse, 453 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, England, IG2 6EW). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nosh London Ltd. Nosh London Ltd. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Placing an order
Once you have chosen the items you wish to order you will be directed to the checkout section of our website. Here, you are required to provide the details required for the shipping and billing of your order. Please ensure all details are correct as we may otherwise be unable to fulfill your order. You will then be prompted to choose your preferred payment method. Your account will be debited at the time the checkout process is completed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. Your items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of this confirmation. If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 48 hours and you will be issued with a full and immediate refund for your order.
Delivery of Items
- International
- We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours of receipt and currently utilise Royal Mail’s international postal service. Under this agreement, we are advised customers should receive their items within 12-14 working days of dispatch. Our utilisation of DHL's Express Worldwide solution advises delivery time-frames of 3-4 working days. However, on some occasions products may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. UK weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Because we use third-party delivery services, these times are estimates and not guarantees. However, please let us know if you do not receive your order in good time and we will look into the matter. Where a product is out of stock we will notify you and issue you with a full refund for your order.
- All descriptions, product images and weights are those of the original manufacturer and are intended to give a general description of the goods. Shipping rates vary according to the destination country of the order and are calculated in increments per 1kg (2.2lb) and calculated according to the gross shipping weight of the item. This is calculated at checkout and is separate to the net weight indicated on the product detail page. - We do not currently ship our orders with tracking.
- UK
- All orders placed for UK delivery will be shipped through the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Orders with a value of £19.99 or less will be charged a flat £2.99 fee. Orders with a value of £20 and over will be shipped free of charge.
Customs duty and tax charges
Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for any customs duty or tax charges which are applicable to your order. This may differ according to the state (county) or country you reside in. We urge all customers to research and be aware of such charges prior to placing an order as you the customer are responsible in adhering to the laws of your resident country. We will also not be responsible for the actions of customs officials pertaining to the inspection of items and their possible impounding. Please ensure any items you have ordered are permissible under border protection regulations as we will not issue refunds for items which have been seized or impounded by customs officials.
Cancellation of orders- Consumer Contracts Regulations
- If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within 14 calendar days, beginning on the day you receive your order. In this case, if your order has already been despatched (approximately 48-72 hours from placing your order) we will issue you with a full refund (including shipping costs) for your order however, you will be responsible for any shipping costs pertaining to the return of the items. You will only be issued with a full refund once we have received the items in an un-opened and satisfactory condition. For large orders, we recommend using a tracked mail service as receipt of items cannot otherwise be guaranteed. If your order has not been despatched (within 72 hours of placing your order), the contract may be cancelled immediately and you will be issued with a full refund for your order.
- To cancel a contract, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to services@noshldn.com. You must return the Product(s) to us as soon as possible at the Customer Service Address indicated and in an unused, undamaged condition. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product(s).
- Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
- Except where a Product is defective, you may not cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following:
- Products produced or altered to your own specification;
- Perishable goods, including fresh foods or plants;
- DVDs or CDs where you have broken the seal;
- Magazines.
Payments
All transactions are processed in the currency used in your resident country.
Returns & Refunds policy
When you return a Product to us:
- Because you have cancelled the contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period we will process the refund in accordance with the terms of our cancellation policy (see above).
- Because the Product is defective. We will require photographic evidence of the defective or damaged product. Once we are satisfied the product has not been damaged due to lack of due care and diligence or tamper by the consumer we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund for the order.
- When damage occurs during delivery, we require photographic evidence from you to verify the product has been damaged. Upon satisfactory receipt of evidence, we will refund the price of the product and shipping in full.
- We will refund any money to the card used to pay for your purchase. e. When a product is deemed to have passed its expiry date, we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate that this is the case. If we are satisfied the product is out of date, we will issue you with a full refund.
All refund requests must be made in writing to services@noshldn.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any refund requests once this time period has expired.
Our Liability
- Our liability extends to the full purchase price of the product(s) and the cost of shipping. We are not liable for any return shipping costs incurred due to cancellation of an order.
- We are not liable for any costs incurred in relation to this contract which are not foreseeable at the time of purchase. These may include loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time.
Privacy policy
We do not disclose your information with third parties. Information and cookies stored on this website and information you provide us will be used for no other purpose than to facilitate the buyer-seller transaction and keep you up-to-date with our latest news and offers according to your individual preferences.

Please be aware that whilst we endeavor to provide all customers with a first class level of service, sometimes human error may dictate that you are not completely satisfied with your order. Should this occur, we will as far a reasonably possible attempt to resolve any disputes. We will however not tolerate any abusive or aggressive language or actions against staff members.
